DBV Technologies seeks a Senior Director, U.S. Medical Affairs Operations to establish and run the infrastructure behind medical strategy execution for a 2027 U.S. launch. This role guarantees compliant, funded plans and dashboards across MA workstreams, enabling audit-ready operations from day one.

You will own the US MA budget, engage cross-functional partners, and build scalable processes to support a pre-launch to full-year operating model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or related field; MBA/MS/PharmD/PhD preferred.
• 12+ years in biopharma with 7+ years in Medical Affairs operations or related roles.
• Direct experience operationalizing a U.S. product launch with launch-infrastructure build.
• Experience contracting, grant/IIS programs, and MA budget management (forecasting/accrualsLRP).
• Knowledge of PhRMA Code, Open Payments, ACCME standards and GCP for IIS.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic and tactical planning for U.S. MA, with budgets, milestones and KPIs.
• Govern launch readiness, coordinate cross-functional inputs and materials.
• Oversee scientific engagement ops, advisory boards, congresses and meetings.
• Stand up end-to-end grants/IIS processes with policy, contracting and audits.
• Triage MA contracting and manage vendors, onboarding and renewals.
• Own MA budget, forecasts, accruals and long-range financial planning.
• Ensure compliance reporting, transparency and regulatory adherence.
• Define field metrics templates and dashboards; ensure accurate reporting.
• Build and lead the U.S. MA Operations team through launch and scale.
