Job summary

Abivax, a global clinical-stage biotechnology company, seeks a Senior Director, Commercial Insights & Forecasting to lead strategic insights, forecasting, competitive intelligence, market research, and analytics for its immunology portfolio.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Finance to translate complex data ecosystems into actionable business recommendations and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, Epidemiology, Life Sciences, Public Health, or related field.
• Advanced degree (MBA, MPH, MS, PhD, or equivalent) preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in commercial insights, forecasting, market research, analytics, competitive intelligence, consulting, or commercial strategy within the biopharmaceutical industry.
• Demonstrated experience supporting pre-launch, launch, or growth-stage pharmaceutical brands.
• Experience developing and managing patient-based commercial forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated insights, forecasting, competitive intelligence, and market research for the immunology portfolio.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Finance to drive data-driven decision-making.
• Develop executive-ready assessments to support strategic planning, resource allocation, and commercialization decisions.
• Drive evidence-based decision-making through clear communication of opportunities, risks, and implications.
• Mentor and develop team members while establishing best practices and organizational standards.
