It may be based in Boston, Chicago, New York, or Washington, D.C.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist all phases of recruitment: review applications, coordinate interview schedules, manage onboarding logistics.
• Maintain and update candidate records ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare and disseminate marketing materials, statistics, and progress reports.
• Support vendor relationships, track agreements, and ensure competitive fee rates.
• Promote teamwork and protect highly sensitive information.
• Collaborate with Recruiting Manager to implement strategies and participate in events.
