Job summary

Cloudflare in Austin, TX is seeking a Senior Manager to lead integrated network strategy for LATAM, acting as a key liaison with ISPs, telecom operators, and datacenter providers to align growth with regional goals.

You’ll drive capacity scaling, peering, and infrastructure partnerships, advising cross-functional teams on routing, traffic management, and network reliability in a fast-paced, AI-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of strategic leadership experience in telecommunications, interconnection/peering, datacenter colocation, or digital infrastructure across LATAM.
• Extensive experience engaging with senior leadership at major telecommunications operators and service providers across key LATAM markets.
• Strong understanding of IP routing (BGP), IXPs, DNS, traffic engineering, and content delivery networks.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with regional ISPs and telecom operators.
• Scale localized peering and transit capacity with major eyeball networks in LATAM.
• Collaborate with regional datacenters and transport providers for positioning and redundancy.
• Advise technical and operations teams on network health and routing optimization.
• Serve as regional market SME for global network engineering and commercial teams.
• Partner with commercial, channel, and engineering leadership to align infra enablement with regional goals.
