Job summary

Tenarai is seeking a Network Interconnection Coordinator to join our Edge Deployment team, supporting capacity delivery across LATAM markets. You will work closely with Edge Delivery Managers to coordinate network capacity with ISPs, carriers, and colocation partners.

This role requires strong organization, regional market knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams across time zones, with fluency in English and Spanish for LATAM engagements.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish for LATAM engagement.
• BA/BS degree in a technical or business-related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in network operations, carrier relations, or telecommunications.
• Solid understanding of IP networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, BGP, IPv6) and CDN/peering.
• Proven ability to manage third-party relationships across geographies and cultures.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple concurrent workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Capacity Delivery Coordination with ISPs and providers for edge network infrastructure in LATAM.

• Serve as primary liaison between internal deployment teams and external providers.

Job description

Tenarai is seeking a Network Interconnection Coordinator to join our Edge Deployment

team, supporting capacity delivery across the Latin America region. In this role you will work

closely with Edge Delivery Managers to coordinate network capacity deployment with

Internet Service Providers (ISPs), carriers, and colocation partners. This is a fast-paced,

high-coordination role requiring strong organizational skills, regional market knowledge, and

the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Capacity Delivery Coordination: Collaborate with ISPs and third-party providers to deliver edge network infrastructure — including IP transit, peering, colocation, and CDN services — across LATAM markets
• Supplier & Contract Management: Build and manage a portfolio of supplier relationships and contracts across LATAM, handling new capacity orders, upgrades, changes, and decommissions
• Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the primary coordination point between internal deployment teams, external providers, and Edge Delivery Managers to ensure on- time, on-budget delivery
• Traffic & Capacity Analysis: Assess network traffic for capacity, reliability, and performance; translate insights into actionable requirements for caching and peering discussions with internal and external partners
• Planning & Analytical Support: Provide data-driven planning support to infrastructure, analytics, and product teams to optimise partner engagements and regional capacity strategy
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Network Engineering, Logistics, and equipment vendors to integrate new equipment and technologies into the production network
• Regional Communication: Conduct supplier negotiations, site coordination, and partner communications in Spanish, Portuguese, and English as required by the LATAM market

Qualifications & Skills

Required

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (written and spoken). Fluent in Spanish (professional working proficiency or above required for LATAM engagement)
• Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent in a technical or business-related field
• Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in network operations, carrier relations, or telecommunications
• Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of IP networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, BGP, traffic routing, IPv6) and network infrastructure including CDN and peering
• Communication & Relationship Management: Proven ability to manage third-party relationships across multiple geographies and cultures
• Project Coordination: Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams or projects to completion

Preferred

• 2+ years of direct experience in carrier relations, network interconnection, or peering delivery
• Familiarity with LATAM telecommunications markets, regional ISPs, and regulatory environments
• Trilingual capability (English + Spanish + Portuguese).
• Experience with capacity planning tools, internal ticketing/workflow systems (e.g., NeXT, JIRA, or equivalent)
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to process improvement.
• Detail-oriented with experience in data querying and reporting.
