Key responsibilities include ensuring contract metric compliance, staff development, and leading frontline teams across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
• 5 years of operations experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Project).

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with contract metrics.
• Maintain high standards for operational activities.
• Hire, train, develop and appraise staff; manage contractor base.
• Direct and guide front line management staff.
• Oversee contract drivers across multiple regional locations.
• Build relationships with customers for continuous improvements.
• Oversee P&L and collaborate with national sales for growth.
