American Unit, Inc. is seeking a Senior Laserfiche Platform Engineer/Administrator to lead upgrades, modernisation, and the ongoing administration of an enterprise Laserfiche ECM environment in Austin.

The role involves managing repositories, workflows, forms, and web components, and ensuring seamless integrations with identity systems and business apps. You will build and troubleshoot workflow automations, configure Windows Server, IIS, and SQL Server, and provide hands-on support for

Qualifications

8+ years of experience with document management, records management, or workflow automation platforms.
5+ years of Laserfiche administration and upgrade experience.
5+ years building and troubleshooting workflow automations.
Strong Windows Server and IIS administration experience.
3+ years of Microsoft SQL Server administration and support.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Lead Laserfiche platform upgrades and migrations.
Administer and support Laserfiche repositories, workflows, forms, and web components.
Develop, troubleshoot, and optimise workflow automation.
Configure and support Windows Server, IIS, and SQL Server environments.
Maintain integrations with identity management, email, and business applications.
Perform system testing, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and documentation.
Support production deployments and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.
