Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with document management, records management, or workflow automation platforms.
• 5+ years of Laserfiche administration and upgrade experience.
• 5+ years building and troubleshooting workflow automations.
• Strong Windows Server and IIS administration experience.
• 3+ years of Microsoft SQL Server administration and support.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
