You will drive planning, execution, and financial success for mitigation, contents, reconstruction, and abatement ventures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in construction or restoration project management, with a focus on large loss disaster restoration.
• Strong networking and business development skills to build a national book of business.
• Proven track record managing large-scale mitigation, contents, reconstruction, and abatement projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution, and financial outcomes of large loss projects across the United States.
• Develop and maintain schedules, estimates, budgets, and work plans.
• Manage resources, timelines, and subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery.
• Identify risks and develop contingency plans as needed.
• Provide regular progress reports to leadership and stakeholders.
• Foster safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Build relationships with clients to secure future business.
• Travel to manage and inspect project sites and meet clients.
