Qualifications

• 3–5 years in construction or related field
• Experience in residential restoration and insurance claim procedures
• Strong communication, organization, teamwork and cost management
• Ability to manage multiple projects and budgets

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, including budget and schedule.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to define requirements and goals.
• Conduct site visits to assess progress, quality, and safety.
• Identify and manage scope changes, risks, schedule, and budget.
• Track expenses, forecast costs, and adjust budgets as needed.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, codes, and standards.
• Coordinate with teams to meet timelines and quality standards.
• Provide weekly updates to clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Manage close-out activities, including final inspections and punch lists.
