Wylander is seeking a Large Loss Project Manager for opportunities nationwide, based in Grand Rapids, MI. You will oversee mitigation, contents, reconstruction, and abatement projects, coordinating a team of PMs and maintaining schedules, budgets, and client relationships.

Travel nationwide to manage sites and secure new business with insurers and clients. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in restoration/construction project management and strong knowledge of insurance restoration processes;

Competenze

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in construction or restoration project management.
• Advanced Xactimate Certification (Level 3) preferred.
• Experience with insurance restoration repairs and managing subcontractors.
• Strong networking and business development skills, with ability to develop a national book of business.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, estimates, budgets, and work plans.

The Large Loss Project Manager oversees the planning, execution, and successful financial outcome of large-scale mitigation, contents, reconstruction, and abatement projects across the United States. The Large Loss Project Manager is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and completion of assigned projects, ensuring consistency with company strategy and goals. Additionally, the Large Loss Project Manager is expected to develop their own national book of business through end users and referral sources, securing new projects through networking activities.

Large Loss Project Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Work with a team of project managers to ensure the successful delivery of mitigation, contents,

Large Loss Project Manager Requirements:

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in construction or restoration project management, with a focus on large loss disaster restoration.


• Advanced Xactimate Certification (Level 3) preferred.


• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale mitigation, contents, reconstruction,


• and abatement projects.


• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple


• projects simultaneously.


• Experience with insurance restoration repairs and managing subcontractors.


• Strong networking and business development skills, with the ability to develop a national book


• of business.


• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and project team members.


• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.


• Ability to manage emotional customer situations and respond promptly.


• Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to react well under pressure.


• Must be reliable, on time, and able to prioritize and plan work activities effectively.
