Qualifications

• 7+ years experience managing construction or home improvement projects
• 5+ years experience managing large-loss restoration projects
• Hybrid construction background across commercial, multifamily, and residential projects
• Strong leadership and accountability
• Excellent communication with homeowners, vendors, and stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Follow Thomasville’s Project Concierge Playbook
• Manage large-loss restoration projects ranging from $60,000 to multi-million-dollar losses
• Oversee a portfolio of 15-20 active projects
• Develop and manage long- and short-term project plans with milestones
• Advocate for additional insurance proceeds when needed
• Prepare and track project budgets to meet profitability goals
• Delegate tasks to internal teams and subcontractors
• Maintain proactive communication with homeowners, commercial stakeholders, and subcontractors
• Coordinate with insurance adjusters, TPAs, and representatives on scope and funding
• Provide weekly project updates to Thomasville team and insurers
• Create and adjust project schedules to meet deadlines
• Manage materials and equipment for large-loss projects
• Ensure safety regs and building codes compliance
• Submit receipts and maintain job costing in QuickBooks and Concur
• Resolve conflicts and navigate high-dollar project challenges
