Job summary

Responsibilities

• Explain policy coverage and settlement options clearly to policyholders.
• Coordinate contents vendors, contractors and repair teams, ensuring safety and contract compliance.
• Assist other property teams with field inspections when needed.
• Stay current on personal-property standards and market trends through training.
