SERVPRO of Chesterfield is seeking a Large Loss Project Manager to oversee restoration projects and crews, ensuring accurate scopes, estimates, and on-site execution.

This frontline leadership role requires 3–5+ years in PM or estimating, travel, a valid driver's license, and preferred IICRC certifications; we offer a competitive salary and a robust benefit package as part of a family‑owned team.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in Project Management or Estimating.
• Willing to travel extensively.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience in restoration field; disaster relief preferred.
• IICRC certifications strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure an accurate scope of work and prepare estimates.
• Negotiate project scope and approvals with customers/clients.
• Schedule, coordinate and oversee Project Managers, crews and resources.
• Review job site documentation to support services and billing.
• Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives.
• Manage production expenses including equipment and vehicles.
• Recruit, hire, and train restoration teammates.
