Job summary

THE·TEAM in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Production Manager to lead day-to-day large-format production operations. You will own scheduling, staffing, workflow, inventory control, equipment performance and quality to ensure projects meet deadlines and standards.

As the senior production leader, you will partner with Project Management, Sales, Design, Shipping and Warehouse, drive safety, cost control, and continuous improvement while mentoring operators and coordinating with Phoenix and other sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of large-format production experience, including supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Charlotte production operations including scheduling and staffing.
• Balance workload and ensure on-time delivery with quality and safety.
• Oversee inventory control of substrates, inks, and consumables.
• Partner with cross-functional teams across facilities for consistency.
