Job summary

THE·TEAM in Charlotte, NC seeks a Production Manager to lead day-to-day large-format production, scheduling, staffing, and inventory control across sites. You will partner with project management, sales, design and shipping to keep projects on time and within quality standards, while driving safety and continuous improvement. Strong leadership and print production experience required.

Qualifications

5+ years in large-format, grand-format, or similar production operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Proven ability to manage production schedules, staffing, and changing deadlines in a high-volume environment.
Knowledge of inventory control, material management, cycle counting, and planning.

Responsibilities

Lead daily operation and performance of the Charlotte production department, including scheduling and workflow.
Oversee staffing, labor allocation, equipment allocation, and capacity planning to meet deadlines.
Monitor quality, safety, waste, and production metrics; drive corrective actions.
Partner with Project Management, Sales, Design, Shipping and Warehouse to balance workload across sites.
