Job summary

THE TEAM in Charlotte leads the day-to-day large-format production operations, owning scheduling, staffing, workflow, inventory control and quality to ensure on-time delivery. You will partner with Project Management, Sales, Design and other sites to maintain standards and balance workload across facilities.

The role requires hands-on leadership of print operators and finishers, with a focus on safety, efficiency and continuous improvement in a fast-paced live-event environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in large-format/manufacturing production operations.
• 3+ years in a supervisory or management role.
• Experience with ERP, MIS, scheduling or production management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operation of Charlotte production department, including staffing and workflow.
• Ensure projects are staffed and scheduled to meet deadlines with quality and safety.
• Identify capacity, material, equipment or scheduling risks before impact.
• Coordinate with Phoenix leadership to align processes across sites.
• Maintain production inventory control for substrates, inks and supplies.
• Provide weekly and monthly performance updates to leadership.
