Job summary

Redland is seeking a Landscape Architecture Project Manager to lead complex projects from visioning through construction at our Littleton, CO office. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, mentor staff, and guide clients to achieve high-quality design outcomes.

Responsibilities include managing budgets and schedules, leading design sessions, and advancing business development while upholding Redland’s standards and values.

Qualifications

• Requires LAAB/LAAC accredited landscape architecture degree or 6 years of landscape architecture work experience.
• Active Colorado landscape architecture license or reciprocity eligibility.
• 8+ years of progressively responsible landscape architecture experience.
• 2+ years of project team and consultant management experience.
• Strong knowledge of site planning, grading, planting, irrigation, hardscape and related practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from visioning to master planning, site design, and construction.
• Coordinate subconsultants, internal teams, and research activities.
• Prepare landscape architectural deliverables: exhibits, concept plans, drawings, details, specs.
• Lead client and stakeholder work sessions across project phases.
• Manage multiple projects ensuring design integrity, schedule, and budget.
• Support entitlement processes and represent projects in meetings.
• Provide technical oversight and quality assurance of deliverables.
• Mentor associates and promote accountability within the team.
• Drive business development through client networking and proposals.
