Qualifications
- 12+ years of related experience.
- Professional landscape architect license required.
- Strong knowledge of land use processes and regulations.
- Ability to lead and manage multiple projects and teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning, design and permitting of landscape architecture, land development and planning projects.
- Prepare and modify reports, specifications, plans, and designs.
- Mentor, train, and motivate staff; supervise project staff.
- Plan, schedule and manage budgets; prepare progress reports and change orders.
- Oversee multiple projects within budgets and timelines.
- Identify and pursue new clients; develop proposals and lead business development meetings.
- Participate in professional societies and maintain licensure.
- Perform other duties as requested.
