Job summary

Business Resources One in Redmond, WA is seeking a results-driven Landscape Designer to lead design-build projects from concept through execution. This seller-doer role blends creative design with business development, requiring coordination of crews, subcontractors, and client communications.

You will deliver detailed plans using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Land F/X, manage budgets and timelines, and pursue new opportunities to grow revenue while ensuring builds meet quality and profitability

Qualifications

• 5+ years in design-build landscaping, design, or related project management.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Land F/X or equivalent.
• Strong business sense with history of revenue growth and client relationships.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally to job sites.

Responsibilities

• Drive creation of detailed residential landscape plans, hardscape concepts, layouts, and planting schemes.
• Develop technical drawings, material lists, and project specs with estimators to ensure constructibility.
• Manage full project lifecycle from contract to closeout, scheduling crews, subs, and deliveries.
• Lead client communication on scope, timelines, and budgets with professional design presentations.
• Monitor sites with progress meetings and site walks to ensure adherence to designs and budgets.
• Cultivate revenue by pursuing new business opportunities and delivering exceptional results.
