Qualifications

  • PLA credential.
  • Proven leadership of complex multi‑million‑dollar projects from concept through construction.
  • Strong commercial/mixed-use portfolio across multiple project types.
  • Experience managing teams, developing talent, and overseeing studio operations.

Responsibilities

  • Set the studio’s design direction and maintain high standards for creativity, technical quality, sustainability, and execution.
  • Lead complex multi-million-dollar projects from concept through construction across commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, civic, multifamily, retail, and master-planned work.
  • Lead, mentor, hire, and develop a high-performing design team and future leaders.
  • Oversee project portfolios, staffing, budgets, schedules, profitability, utilization, and overall studio performance.
  • Build and maintain key client relationships and lead proposals, pursuits, presentations, and business-development efforts.
  • Identify new markets, clients, and growth opportunities while strengthening the studio’s reputation and visibility.
  • Foster collaboration across offices, disciplines, and project teams.
  • Represent the firm through industry organizations, conferences, community engagement, and thought leadership.
