Job summary

Red Leaf Developments, Inc. is seeking an experienced Landscape Construction Superintendent to oversee high-end residential and commercial landscape and pool projects.

The role leads field operations, coordinates crews and trade partners, and ensures safety, quality, and schedule adherence on site. The ideal candidate brings hands-on leadership, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced design-build environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction project supervision, field management, or construction operations.
• Experience leading crews, subcontractors, or trade partners.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and jobsite coordination.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accountability.
• Proficiency with technology and construction management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations for landscape construction and outdoor living projects
• Manage project schedules, milestones, and daily production goals to ensure timely completion
• Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to maintain efficient workflow
• Review project plans, specifications, and scopes of work to ensure accurate execution
• Monitor labor, materials, and equipment usage to support budget goals
• Identify potential risks, delays, and project challenges while implementing solutions proactively
