Job summary

Mariani Landscape is seeking a Project Architect to develop high-quality landscape designs, construction documents, estimates, and proposals, while mentoring designers and reviewing project work. Collaboration with design principals and directors is key to delivering strong output.

Responsibilities include site analysis, adherence to standards, and coordination with the design and sales teams to ensure client satisfaction. Proficiency in AutoCAD and ASPIRE is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or Horticulture with emphasis in Design is required.
• Previous landscape industry experience is preferred.
• Strong CAD and design tools proficiency.
• Knowledge of landscape terminology and construction materials.

Responsibilities

• Produce landscape designs with sketches, elevations, and construction plans.
• Prepare site analyses, project packages, estimates, and proposals.
• Mentor Landscape Designers and review project work for quality and consistency.
• Identify zoning, permitting, and code requirements for projects.
• Coordinate with design and sales teams to update project status.
• Develop accurate grading and drainage plans as needed.
