Job summary

Mariani Premier Group seeks a Project Architect to join our landscape design team. You will develop high-quality landscape designs, construction documents, estimates, and proposals for presentations led by Design Principals. You will mentor landscape designers and review project work to strengthen output.

This role involves collaboration with design and sales teams, site analysis, grading plans, and ensuring adherence to Mariani standards. AutoCAD and ASPIRE proficiency is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or Horticulture required.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Suite.
• Knowledge of landscape terminology, plant materials, coordinating in design, and use of survey equipment.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality landscape design with supporting materials such as sketches, elevations, and rendered plans.
• Create designs within budget parameters and on a timely basis.
• Support the Design Team in preparing site analysis, project packages, estimates and proposals.
• Provide ongoing mentorship to Landscape Designers and interns through critiques and guidance.
• Review design packages and construction drawings for creativity, accuracy, and quality.
