Job summary

Mariani Landscape is seeking a Project Director to support the design team by developing high-quality landscape designs, construction documents, estimates, and proposals for presentations delivered by the Design Director.

You will mentor landscape designers, review project work, and coordinate with clients and sales staff to strengthen the department’s output. Strong AutoCAD, site engineering, and team leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Landscape Architecture or Horticulture, with emphasis in Design.
• 10 years of experience as a Landscape Designer.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality landscape designs with supporting materials (sketches, elevations, rendered plans).
• Supervise Landscape Designers and Design Interns and review their work.
• Prepare site analysis and project packages including drawings, estimates, and proposals.
• Communicate project status with Design Directors and Sr. Project Directors.
• Develop grading and drainage plans; use survey equipment to collect site data.
• Obtain pricing and bids from subcontractors; ensure workflow across project phases.
• Lead design development meetings and review construction drawings for accuracy.
