Job summary

Mariani Landscape is seeking an Enhancement Designer to join our team in delivering high-quality landscape designs, estimates and proposals for our clients. You will collaborate with design and sales staff to translate client visions into accurate plans and budgets.

The role requires 5+ years in landscape design, proficiency in AutoCAD, knowledge of site engineering, and the ability to learn Aspire for estimating and design work.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of landscape design experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and landscape terminology.
• Knowledge of site engineering principles and survey equipment.
• Ability to work in a team and receive feedback.
• Strong communication skills with clients and colleagues.
• Willingness to learn Aspire software and company systems.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare enhancement landscape designs, estimates and proposals for clients.
• Create sketches, elevations, rendered plans and supporting materials.
• Collaborate with design team, CRs, and production staff.
• Develop grading and drainage plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with zoning, codes, and permitting requirements.
• Participate in weekly departmental meetings and project reviews.
