Duties include managing budgets, scheduling crews, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring timely billing.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing large landscape construction projects.
• Strong cost management skills and client communication.
• Proficiency with Aspire software, MS Project and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Job Management: manage multiple jobs in different stages of planning and development.
• Site Management: coordinate in-house labor, materials, and subcontractors.
• Subcontractor Management: direct subcontractors in their scopes of work.
• Billing and Collection: verify client statements and vendor invoices.
• Client Relations: ensure client satisfaction throughout the project.
