Job summary

DJ's Landscape Management in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead and support landscape crews and ensure services meet customer expectations, safety standards, and company values. This hands-on leadership role reports to the Operations Manager and currently oversees 4–6 crews.

During winter, you’ll support snow and ice management, while in season you’ll manage early-morning dispatch through afternoon, with overnight shifts when needed.

• Experience leading and supervising production crews.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Development and coaching of team members through a hands-on leadership approach.
• Ability to plan, organize, and prepare daily operations efficiently.
