DJ's Landscape Management in Wixom, MI seeks an Operations Supervisor for the Irrigation Division to lead and manage the team delivering irrigation services, ensuring safety and quality in every job.

This role oversees 10–25 crew members, focusing on coaching, scheduling, resources, and productivity. Winter snow operations are included, with typical 7 a.m. start and 5 p.m. finish during landscaping season.

Qualifications

• Supervision of production crews
• Development and coaching of production crews
• Planning, organizing, and preparing to ensure services are provided efficiently
• Manage compliance to quality standards and safety procedures
• Organize and care for assigned resources
• Development and coaching of production team members using a hands-on approach
• Submit production related information
• Previous experience supervising and leading crews
• Landscape Industry experience desired, but not required
• Demonstrate Core Values: Safety, Collaboration, Professionalism, Accountability, Achievement
• Basic MS Office proficiency
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the team delivering irrigation services to meet customer expectations, company values, and safety standards
• Coach and develop crew members to improve performance and service quality
• Plan, schedule, and organize work to ensure productive and efficient service delivery
• Manage resources and coordinate materials, equipment, and personnel
• Drive productivity while maintaining safety and compliance with company procedures
• Submit timely production-related information and reports
• Support the irrigation division in both summer operations and winter snow operations
• Oversee 10–25 team members and report to Operations Manager
