DJ's Landscape Management in Wixom, MI seeks an Operations Supervisor - Irrigation to lead and manage crews of 10–25, ensure on-time service delivery and safety. The role covers irrigation startup/shutdowns, installs, repairs, and seasonal snow operations in winter.

Responsibilities include coaching, planning, and resource coordination with 7 a.m. crew dispatch during landscaping season; typical end around 5 p.m., with third shift in snow operations. Excellent leadership required.

Qualifications

• Supervision of production crews
• Development and coaching of production crews
• Planning, organizing, and preparing to ensure services are provided in a productive and efficient manner
• Manage compliance to quality standards and safety procedures
• Organize and care for assigned resources
• Development and coaching of production team members utilizing a hands-on approach
• Properly submit production related information
• Previous experience supervising and leading crews
• Landscape Industry experience desired, but not required
• Desire and ability to embody the Core Values of Safety, Collaboration, Professionalism, Accountability and Achievement
• Basic MS Office proficiency
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
