Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years account management experience in residential and commercial outdoor maintenance.
• Bachelor degree preferred; will consider Associate degree in horticulture, marketing, or business.
• Experience in project assessment and estimates.
• Strong verbal and written communication and listening skills.
• Professional client interaction and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple accounts with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related technologies.
• MLP or MCH certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer account management, developing new business and negotiating contracts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to keep clients satisfied with products and services.
