Landscaping by J. Michael is seeking an experienced Sales/Account Manager to join our Marshfield office.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in commercial landscape maintenance estimating, strong sales and account management capabilities, and a demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities with both existing and prospective customers. You will collaborate with customer service and product development teams to enhance the overall customer experience and support long‑term client

Qualifications

• 5+ years account management experience in both residential and commercial outdoor maintenance
• Bachelor degree preferred, will consider Associate degree in horticulture, marketing, or business degreefield
• Experience in project assessment and estimates
• Strong verbal and written communication and listening skills
• Professional client interaction and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail and consistent client follow through
• Must be proficient in Microsoft office and other technologies
• MLP or MCH certification a plus
