• 5+ years account management experience in residential and commercial outdoor maintenance.
• Bachelor degree preferred; will consider Associate degree in horticulture, marketing, or business.
• Experience in project assessment and estimates.
• Strong verbal and written communication and listening skills.
• Professional client interaction and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple accounts with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related technologies.
• MLP or MCH certification a plus.

Success in this role requires excellent cross‑functional collaboration, particularly with customer service and product development teams, to enhance the overall customer experience and support long‑term client retention.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee customer account management – Includes developing new business along with negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profits
• Collaborate cross-functionally – Work closely with the team to achieve goals while keeping clients satisfied and engaged with products and services
• Ensure delivery to customers - Facilitate the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Sales - Ability to upsell and seek new opportunities for business with existing and new clients

Requirements:

• 5+ years account management experience in both residential and commercial outdoor maintenance work
