Job summary

Marders, a Hamptons-based leader in outdoor environmental design, is seeking an Estimator/Landscape Project Manager to drive profitable, high-quality landscape projects for world-renowned estates. You will analyze scope and specifications to prepare cost and revenue proposals, coordinating with clients, sales teams, foremen, crews, contractors, and suppliers to ensure satisfaction and profitability.

Documentation, safety compliance, and knowledge of landscape construction practices are essential

Qualifications

• Exceptional Project Management, Organizational, and Problem-Solving skills.
• Understand plant material, soil types, irrigation systems, and landscape construction methods.
• Ability to read and understand plans/ landscape design drawings.
• Excellent People and Management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost and revenue proposals considering all costs, labor, materials, and services involved.
• Ensure work is completed profitably according to contract and client satisfaction while maintaining standards.
• Coordinate daily with clients, sales team, foremen, crews, contractors, and suppliers to ensure high-quality projects.
