Job summary

Marders, a Hamptons-based leader in outdoor environmental design, is seeking an Estimator/Landscape Project Manager to drive profitable, high-quality landscape projects for world-renowned estates. You will analyze scope and specifications to prepare cost and revenue proposals, coordinating with clients, sales teams, foremen, crews, contractors, and suppliers to ensure satisfaction and profitability.

Documentation, safety compliance, and knowledge of landscape construction practices are essential

Position Summary

The Estimator/Landscape Project Manager communicates daily with our clients, sales team, foremen, crews, contractors, and suppliers to ensure a high-quality and efficient landscape project for world-renowned estates. Analyzes scope, specifications, and other documentation presented to prepare cost and revenue proposals (considering all costs, labor, materials, and services involved) for proposed projects. Ensuring that all work is completed profitably according to the contract and client’s satisfaction while maintaining Marders standards. This individual will need to be knowledgeable in safety compliance, general landscape, and construction practices.
