Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in horticulture, landscape design, environmental science, or business management preferred.
• 2–5 years working with plants, flowers, or landscaping; project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule crews and coordinate projects, ensuring production, quality, and budget controls.
• Communicate with account managers, foremen, and clients to manage plans and changes.
• Partner with designers and clients for landscape project design and installation.
• Review monthly billing with accounting and ensure invoicing accuracy.
• Maintain safety compliance and knowledge of landscape/construction practices.
• Manage client relationships and resolve requests and issues.

Education

Bachelor's degree (preferred) in Horticulture/ Landscape Design/ Environmental Science/ Business Management

2-5 years in landscaping or project management
