Job summary

Mariani Premier Group is seeking an Enhancement Designer in Highland, IL to support Client Representatives with quality landscape designs, estimates and proposals. You will collaborate with design and sales staff on a range of projects and ensure designs meet client vision and budget.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in landscape design, proficiency in AutoCAD, and strong communication skills, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness in delivering plans and estimates.

Qualifications

• Have at least 5+ years of relevant landscape design experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of landscape terminology and plant materials.
• Understanding of site engineering and survey equipment.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate with clients.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality landscape design with sketches, elevations, and rendered plans.
• Prepare project packages with drawings, estimates and proposals.
• Coordinate with design team and client representatives to gather feedback.
• Follow design standards, including AutoCAD and planting standards.
• Develop grading and drainage plans if necessary.
• Work independently and with teams on multiple projects.
• Ensure accurate estimates and budget sheets.
