We are seeking a senior-level Landscape Designer or Architect with experience in designing and preparing high-end residential landscape construction drawings. Responsibilities

1. Design high-end residential landscapes.
2. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

1. Knowledge of landscape drafting standards, practices, and procedures, with the ability to produce accurate drawings on schedule.
2. Knowledge of Florida plant species and hardscape elements.
3. Ability to develop and complete drawings with minimal supervision.
4. Willingness to learn company design standards.
5. Ability to prepare construction documents.
6. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Lumion, SketchUp, or similar programs.
7. Landscape Architecture Degree or equivalent experience.
