Job summary

Ambassador Group seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead all non-maintenance landscape construction projects across the San Francisco Bay Area. The role ensures safe, on-time delivery with strict profitability, bridging sales and field production from pre-construction through punch-list and close-out.

You will supervise multiple crews, coordinate with vendors and architects, and manage bid reviews, change orders, and quality control while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in landscape construction, with 2-3 years in senior management overseeing multiple crews and high-dollar projects.
• Deep knowledge of hardscape construction, irrigation, drainage, and horticultural best practices.
• Fluency in civil, landscape, and architectural drawing; identify constructibility issues early.
• High proficiency in project management software for design, renderings, estimating and MS Office.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean MVR; C-27 or CLP is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Construction Division and manage workflow, labor forecasting, and equipment scheduling.
• Mentor Foremen and crews; uphold safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
• Oversee lifecycle of multiple projects from planning to close-out, including site inspections and change orders.
• Coordinate with sales, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless integration and timely deliveries.
• Oversee pre-construction budgeting, cost controls, procurement, and monthly billings.
