This role ensures projects are completed safely, on schedule, on budget, and to J&J’s quality standards while delivering a great client experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple landscape projects simultaneously
• Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
• Conduct site visits to ensure quality, safety, and progress
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients during construction
• Track schedules, budgets, and job costs
• Manage change orders and project documentation
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional jobsites
• Collaborate with crews, sales, and operations teams

Qualifications

• 3+ years in landscape construction or project management
• Strong organization, communication, and follow-through
• Knowledge of hardscape, planting, drainage, and related work
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Valid driver’s license
