Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial landscape construction estimating or project management.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in CM/LA/CE.
• Proficient with MS Office; take-off software a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide material take offs on drawings and plans.
• Coordinate drawings to ensure proper bid coverage.
• Prepare detailed breakdowns of estimates.
• Prepare and submit RFIs for projects.
• Understand contractual terms and conditions.
• Organize all material and sub-contractor quotations for bids.
• Analyze drawings and specifications for project requirements.
• Prepare cost analyses including material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
