Job summary

STV's Land Development team in Owings Mills, MD seeks a licensed Landscape Architect to own projects from concept through construction. You’ll work with landscape architects, civil engineers, architects and PMs on a diverse portfolio across urban redevelopment, mixed-use, residential, education and public spaces.

This role requires strong design judgment and technical expertise with the ability to lead from concept through construction while mentoring staff.

Qualifications

Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program (BLA/Master).
10+ years of professional landscape architecture experience, preferably land development.
Active Landscape Architect license in good standing; MD licensure preferred or reciprocity.
Experience taking projects from concept through permitting and construction.
Strong site planning, grading, stormwater, planting design and landscape construction knowledge.

Responsibilities

Lead landscape architectural design from concept through construction documents.
Coordinate with civil, architectural and other disciplines to deliver cohesive solutions.
Mentor developing staff and manage project scopes, schedules and budgets.
Participate in client meetings and permitting processes.
Support project pursuits and process improvements.
