Job summary

CI Design, Inc. is seeking a motivated Landscape Architect to join our Baltimore, MD office full-time.

The role focuses on site planning, grading, planting design, and sustainable landscape practices, with hands-on work in AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite. The successful candidate will manage design concepts, coordinate with consultants, and lead production of construction documents while communicating effectively with clients and the design team.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of post-graduate architectural experience.
• Licensed or registered architect is a plus.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp; Photoshop/Illustrator preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.

Responsibilities

• Develop landscape design concepts integrating site planning and grading.
• Coordinate with architecture, civil engineering, and site consultants.
• Lead production of construction documents for multiple projects.
• Present concepts clearly to clients and stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines.
