Job summary

STV, Inc. is seeking a Senior Land Development Project Manager to lead civil/site development efforts in the Baltimore-Washington corridor. You will mentor staff, manage client relationships, and drive project delivery across public and private sectors.

You will oversee projects from concept through design, permitting, bidding, and construction closeout, ensuring quality and adherence to schedules and budgets in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in MD, DC, or VA or ability to obtain.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in land development engineering.
• Experience leading staff and delivering projects in both public and private sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead land development and site civil projects from concept to closeout.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, staffing, and quality to meet goals.
• Serve as primary client contact and ensure satisfaction.
• Mentor project staff and coordinate with subconsultants.
• Review plans and specs for technical accuracy and quality.
• Facilitate meetings and approvals with agencies.
