The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in landscape architecture, be a licensed professional (PLA preferred), and possess a strong foundation in site planning and analysis.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in landscape architecture, land development, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of Maryland permitting processes.
• Familiarity with the Maryland Forest Conservation Act and native/adaptive plant materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to site and landscape design from early concepts through construction.
• Prepare presentation materials and construction documents.
• Conduct site investigations that inform design decisions.
