Job summary

Ed Castro Landscape is hiring a Landscape Account Manager to deliver elevated client experiences, drive operational excellence, and maximize profitability. This client-facing role blends relationship management with field operations, horticultural expertise, and leadership in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate thrives on high expectations, maintains professional communication, and ensures contracts and site details are accurately managed across multiple projects in the Greater Atlanta

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in landscape account management or operations.
• Strong horticultural knowledge, preferably within Georgia or similar climates.
• Experience reading landscape plans and site specifications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned landscape maintenance clients and ensure contract compliance.
• Oversee landscape maintenance crews and coach team members on safety, quality, and best practices.
• Diagnose irrigation issues and support installations and maintenance of lighting and landscaping elements.
• Develop and present proposals, cost estimates, and profit targets; monitor budgets and job costing.
• Maintain proactive communication to exceed client expectations and support billing and documentation.
