Job summary

Enbridge is seeking a Senior Lands & ROW Advisor to join our Gastonia, North Carolina team. You will handle complex land negotiations, manage property interests, and oversee ROW-related programs, ensuring compliance and solid project coordination.

The role requires 6+ years in ROW, a Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma, and NC real estate license (or ability to obtain within 18 months). Proficiency in GIS, MS Office, and land systems is essential, with hybrid work options available.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of ROW experience in progressive roles; degree/diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma; if no degree, additional 3 years experience
• Must be licensed as a North Carolina real estate agent or able to obtain within 18 months
• Proficient in MS Office, GIS, and land systems; IRWA designation or equivalent preferred
• Knowledge of federal/state Indigenous/Sovereign Nation regulations related to ROW activities

Responsibilities

• Provide Lands & ROW support for pipeline operations and maintenance, including damage claims and encroachment monitoring
• Lead as Land lead for regional initiatives, aligning land scope with schedules and requirements
• Direct contractors and Land Advisors to ensure quality deliverables and negotiation outcomes
• Develop and standardize land operations procedures, templates, and agreements
• Coordinate with regulators and landowners to ensure regulatory compliance
• Prepare and manage land agreements using GIS and data systems for tracking
