Job summary

Enbridge Inc. seeks an experienced Lands & ROW professional to support pipeline operations, manage land agreements, and coordinate with regulators and landowners. The role leads regional initiatives and guides contractors for consistent deliverables.

Candidates should have significant ROW experience, a relevant degree, and strong GIS and land systems skills, with a North Carolina real estate license or ability to obtain it within 18 months. Hybrid work options are offered.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of related right-of-way experience in progressive roles.
• Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma or equivalent experience.
• If no university degree, 3 more years of related experience.
• Know regulatory requirements for ROW activities and landowner responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide Lands & ROW support for pipeline operations and maintenance.
• Serve as primary Land lead for regional initiatives and Core Projects.
• Lead and support contractors and Land Advisors with direction and QA.
• Develop and standardize Land Operations procedures, templates, and agreements.
• Advise internal teams on land-related issues and coordinate with regulators and landowners.
• Prepare, review, and manage land agreements using GIS tools.
