Job summary

Enbridge is seeking a Senior Lands & ROW Advisor in Gastonia, NC to lead complex land negotiations, manage surplus lands, damage claims, and crossing agreements for major projects. Requires 6+ years ROW experience, a Bachelor's degree or technical diploma, NC real estate license or eligibility

Qualifications

• 6+ years of ROW experience in progressive roles and related land projects.
• Bachelor's degree or technical diploma; if no degree, additional experience required.
• North Carolina real estate license or ability to obtain within 18 months of hire.
• Proficient in GIS, land systems, and Microsoft Office; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Lands & ROW support for pipeline operations and maintenance, including damage claims and encroachment monitoring.
• Serve as primary Land lead for regional initiatives and Core Projects, ensuring land scope alignment with schedules and client needs.
• Lead and support contractors and Land Advisors, overseeing deliverables and negotiation outcomes.
• Develop and standardize Land Operations procedures, templates, and agreements to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Advise internal teams on land-related issues, coordinating with regulators, landowners, and government agencies for compliance.
• Prepare, review, and manage land agreements and legal instruments using GIS and data systems.
