Job summary

Gabriel Group seeks an Expert-level Landman based in Fort Worth, TX to manage complex land, title, and easement matters for energy and infrastructure projects. You will review title commitments, coordinate with attorneys and engineers, and prepare land-related contracts with minimal supervision.

Requires strong communication, meticulous record-keeping, and ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Residency in Fort Worth preferred; relocation considered.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Proficient with Google Earth and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) license may be required based on duties.
• ERW registration may be required based on duties.

Responsibilities

• Works with a multi-disciplinary team to accomplish goals within budget.
• Perform high-level land functions without direct supervision.
• Handle land operations, title curative matters, and review title commitments.
• Prepare land-related contracts, including document redlines.
• Coordinate with attorneys, surveyors, and third parties for land matters.
